When will my products ship out?
Orders will ship out within 24 hours and in many cases, the same day.
If an item is backordered we will ship the product when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.
USA Shipping
What are your shipping rates?
USA orders are shipped by USPS
- Standard Shipping (1 - 5 business days*): $4.99
- Premium Shipping (1 - 3 business days*): $9.99
*Estimated timeframe from when package is dropped in mail and based on our best estimates. Timeframe is not guaranteed by USPS.
Do you ship to APO's?
Yes we do! Shipping generally takes about 20 - 45 days.
Why don't you guarantee shipping?
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from over 180 countries and 6 continents worldwide.
What about duties and fees?
Currently we collect VAT & Duties for orders shipped to customers in UK & EU countries. For customers not located in those countries, taxes & duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
What are your international shipping rates?
For orders in the UK and Europe…
- Standard, non-tracked shipping: $7.00
- Tracked shipping: $11.00 (UK), $13.50 (Europe), packages must be signed for.
For orders in Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the world
- Pricing is calculated at check-out and based on carrier rates
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time will vary dependent on your country.
- United Kingdom - 1 to 3 days
- EU based countries - 2 to 7 days
- Rest of the world - from 2 to 30 days depending on customs. If you think your order is stuck in customs, please contact us for support.
Miscellaneous Questions
When is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day. If for any reason we are unable to ship out your order within our standard timeframe, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.
Do you sell products locally?
Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations in every major city. If you know of a person who should carry our products, please have them contact us or check out our authorized retailer page.
Can I return products?
You have 30 days to return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
